Extended Service Protection Plan

Unfortunately, things do go wrong with new homes.  And, they don't always happen in the first year which is how long your manufacturer's warranty is good.  With our extended service plan, you can rest easy knowing that your home's structure, plumbing, electrical, and  central heating/air are covered beyond that.  If your air conditioning unit were to go bad, it would cost thousands of dollars to have it replaced.
                                                             
With this protection plan you only pay $50, and the rest is paid for you. 

Even better is the fact that the plan is transferable.  If you sell your house, the protection plan can be transferred to the new owner.  This can increase the value of your house and make it easier for you to sell. 

Note:  In order to eligible for this protection plan, you home must still be under manufacturer's warranty
